Very Easy to implement, to administrate, to create / modify modules. Power of social sharing : homepage and withinn the training modules. A pure LMS : Possibility to develop training through the organisation even without a full HR solution implemented.

Our clients recommend our e-learning at 95 % ! As conceptor, i'm sur it's thank's to 360, that afford me to let my creativity grow.
As digital learning designer 360 Learning is very easy to use. The courses are almost instinctively built.
Some questionnary are not easely understoud by our user.

we have signed for a 3 years plan with 360 learning and aim at using the tool for all our Learning strategy. It is precious to count on their learning experience
We wanted to invest in a flexible learning platform, creating engagement with our community (starting from scratch in the deployment of our L&D strategy we needed a flexible approach) The quality of customer support, level of experience and expertise of the learning partners have really been useful to start the project
The platform could still improve in the user experience path, especially the emoticons -

Covid have changed the way people are learning. We were looking for a platform with a great looking and easy to use and implement e-learning platform. We have demo a lot of e-Learning paltforms but 360 Learning is from far the best quality/price ratio.
Their team is very professional. They are answering most of time to our support question within a day time which is very helpful. The fact that we have a 360L dedicated team to our project gives us the ability to be efficient. Finally, their product is very complex (they have everything you need to manage the best way possible customers & employees training) but they have put in place a superb e-learning training to learn all about the platform which makes everything very easy to use.
Since 6 months we are using 360L, there is nothing that we disliked yet.

We are in the early stages of using 360Learning as our dedicated LMS platform but so far the feedback has been positive. Users are excited about the collaborative nature of the site and the opportunity to create our own content. We are about to use the LinkedIn Learning Connector which as an organisation we excited to use. As an administrator, I have been impressed with the capabilities of the site and the continuous improvements that are coming out.
It is intuitive to use and very accessible. It is easy to use in terms of creating content and feels collaborative. As a site it looks polished and engaging. The support we receive from Rachel and Munashe has been excellent and the Knowledge Base is a helpful resource.
I have experienced some difficulties with uploading files of a certain size. This has occasionally included files below 400MB.

360 Learning is helping us transform to a learning organisation. It's the perfect platform for delivering remote learning and providing an engaging space for all. On-going support from our engagement partner [SENSITIVE CONTENT HIDDEN] is excellent.
The platform is highly intuitive, it looks great and is easy to engage with. 360 Learning are constantly adding new features and evolving in line with our changing requirements.
Not much, a few more options for reporting on completed session would be useful

I love the fact that it is easy to use. You can easily create an e-learning with zero onboarding on how to create e-learning. It is super intuitive.
The reporting and dashboard are terrible on 360L.

We can now accompany our employees during their learning journey. Many statistics are available and a great help to track learning behavour and successful development.
The process of deployment was very well planned and accompanied by the 360L team , continously new features are available, an intensiv and great customer service

We need to combine agility and some level of customization in the design and delivery of our programs, 360 Learning offers a great balance between those two requirements. The overall ergonomic of the platform makes it really easy to use. Still, the platform offers enough pedagogical and design options to build and deliver programs geared to different target audiences.
From an admin. point of view, 360 Learning is quite intuitive, from content creation to actual program delivery. The dashboard is easy to navigate; learning journeys can easily be assembled through well-thought learning activities; data reporting and visualization are clear and make it easy to follow-up of learners’ continuous engagement. From a learners’ perspective, the platform offers an engaging and user-friendly interface, contributing to the overall learning experience. Social interaction is also at the core of the platform: contextual forums, for example, facilitate learners-teachers interactions and contribute to building active learning communities.
360 Learning definitely offers a powerful learning tool, based on sound design/pedagogical/ ergonomic (etc) principles. As a Higher Ed. institution, we need to adapt our projects to different clients / audiences’ needs and cultures and we feel the platform sometimes falls short in departing from these founding principles. Concretely, we would like to be offered more flexibility to finetune some default settings. Yet, we feel confident in 360 Learning’s capacity to continuously improve the platform.

- Collaborative & modern usage => two way street Learning helping people being both consumers and contributors - Accountability & autonomy for users - Easy to use, social network like and nice UX
Few features need to be improved (more visible workspaces/groups for teams to enhance collaboration, almost like Facebook groups; in the Catalog, show only the topics for the courses relevant to the team; create a different type of course but more of a way to share knowledge (like PDF or to create an interactive checklist of things for a new employee to complete during their onboarding) & Platform Management)

360 Learning nous a permis de proposer des formations en blended learning et de varier les supports d'apprentissage. L'intégration d'autres outils digitaux comme Genially ou Mentimeter est facile. Et le support est rapide et efficace.
L'aspect le plus difficile avec la plateforme 360 Learning est de motiver les participants à y aller et à l'utiliser. Au début, l'outil semble parfois un peu compliqué d'utilisation. Et je dirais que le design est un peu trop simple et sobre.

Easy to use
I have been using 360Learning LMS for 3 years now. Very easy to build an eLearning course, always appreciated by trainees and giving the possibility to include many different kind of training materials!
The learning path is sequential. I know 360Learning is working on new version that would include adaptive learning

We are a training center and our learners come from all over the world. With the pandemic, we had to react quickly and 360 Learning gave us this opportunity. With good advice from the team and the good training they give us, we were able to start our online program very quickly.
360 Learning is quite easy to use and allows you to quickly create courses and programs. This platform is great for varying learning styles, promoting reflexivity, and therefore learner autonomy. It promotes cooperation and collaborative work. It helps to support learners in their online or blended learning. Also, learners can use it as a way to stay in touch, like a social network.
Nothing ! This is perhaps a little too serious for a young audience.

Good impression and happy with the support from our client success partner [sensitive content hidden]!
Good onboarding & customer support, plenty of learning resources, user-friendly interface, easy implementation, effective tracking of learning progress. I also like the fact that 360Learning is constantly rolling out new features and functionalities to improve the admin & user experience.
Additional options to customise the learning platform would be appreciated, including the option to switch on and off features if needed (such as the quick-feedback option at the bottom of every page).
