What is 360Learning?

360Learning is the LMS for collaborative learning, and it’s changing the way companies train employees, customers, and partners. Turn your experts into L&D collaborators with a built-in collaborative authoring tool, automate compliance and instructor-led sessions, and leverage AI to identify and grow the skills your learners need. See why 1,700+ teams use 360Learning to transform L&D into a strategic function and achieve their goals for onboarding, sales enablement, customer training, and more.

Key benefits of using 360Learning

Create courses at the speed of business:

Business is moving faster than ever. Create courses that stay one step ahead with 360Learning's collaborative authoring tool. Any format, assessment, or subject-matter expert is a click away so courses can be launched in minutes, not months.

Moving fast shouldn’t mean sacrificing engagement. Craft engaging courses using a rich text editor, video and screen recording, and integrations with popular tools like Google Drive, Loom, and Genially. 10+ question types (including open-ended questions) help users check knowledge throughout a course.

Host and contextualize existing e-learning catalog of 1.2 and 2004 SCORM courses.

---

Engage learners with a people-driven experience:

There’s a war for attention and top-down corporate learning is losing. People-driven, collaborative experiences are winning. Capture your learners’ attention with Reactions and discussion forums that connect them directly to subject-matter experts.

Learners are prompted to give classroom-style feedback using one-click Reactions like ‘I learned something’ or ‘I don’t understand.’ When learners have a question or don’t understand, they can ask the expert in the contextualized discussion forum.

When Reactions and feedback are leveraged to improve courses, the users' company catalogs will never be outdated.

---

Reach learners wherever they are:

Your people are busier than ever. Whether they’re in the field, at a store, or simply away from a way, give them the flexibility to complete trainings on the go with native iOS and Android apps. Learners can start, pause, and resume trainings from any device.

Scale adoption with relevant, personalized learning:
Remote, distributed teams are the new normal. Training that isn’t adapted and personalized will go unused. Scale adoption of your learning programs by empowering team managers and leaders to be learning champions.

With Nested Groups, users can easily segment learners into relevant groups and sub-groups without the headache of manually setting up roles and permissions within the platform. Adapt, assign, track, and communicate training at any group level and empower managers to do the same.

Powerful dashboards enable users to measure the progress and impact of learning across every team.

---

The first ecosystem for Collaborative Learning:

Leverage seamless integrations to bring the power of Collaborative Learning wherever work takes you.

Seamlessly enrich your learning catalog with world-renowned content from providers including Udemy for Business, LinkedIn Learning, and more. Connect the dots between industry-leading expertise and real-world application in a few clicks.

Keep your people and learning data in sync without the busy work. Connect 360Learning with HR systems including BambooHR, SAP SuccessFactors, and more so you’ll never miss a beat.

Unlock the potential of your teams by making it easy to capture knowledge and share learnings across business tools like Salesforce.

Pros
Every day we save time and money thanks for 360 Learning. We have a better tracking of the trained employees and the employees who have to be trained.
The way they trained me to use the platform as administrator is just perfect. I will definitely recommend them to any company who wants to invest in e.learning.
The ability to come up training modules independently is key to our success and my independent success within.
Cons
I have found many "technical bugs" that Learning and Support are slow to correct, making the functionality poor and the user experience frustrating.
Lastly the platform upgrades when they take place are in the middle of the business day, albeit for 10 minutes it can affect a 2 hour widow meaning we have to be cautious when planning programmes.
On first sight the interface might look difficult to apprehend.

Agrxis Review on 360Learning

Reviewed 7 months ago

My whole 360Learning experience has been excellent. The software provides a thorough and user-friendly learning environment, substantially enhancing my learning process. With a variety of courses and materials available, the user-friendly design has made it simple for me to research new subjects and learn useful information. Discussions and other interactive elements have facilitated stimulating and...

Pros

The most appealing aspect of 360Learning for me was its extensive and user-friendly learning environment. I value the numerous elements that improve my learning process as a student. I can browse and sign up for courses with ease, monitor my progress, and access materials thanks to the course management system. I get access to all of my learning materials, including videos, presentations, and interactive...

Cons

What I liked least about 360Learning is the occasional technical glitches and performance issues I encountered during my learning sessions. While the platform generally functions smoothly, there were instances where I experienced lag or delays when accessing course materials or participating in live sessions. These interruptions could be frustrating and occasionally disrupted my learning flow.

Allow your top talent to preserve and share best practices

Reviewed 4 years ago

The 360Learning team has been great to work with, and very helpful throughout the implementation process. They provide various channels to obtain support, on top of the already intuitive features.

Pros

360Learning allows employees to upskill others in the organization by sharing their expertise. The authoring tool is very user friendly. With minimal training on how to make the content engaging, anyone can create engaging courses for learners. The social features are also an important aspect; introducing new technology is challenging in itself, but the ability for learners to discuss with each other and interact with the instructor of the content makes the experience more aligned with in-person training they are accustomed to.

Cons

There are some functions in the platform that can use work, such as the blended learning feature. However, from my experience, 360Learning has shown its commitment to continuously improving the platform with frequent updates and prompt response to user feedback. The features that I find could be improved are not essential to my use of the software, but I do hope to be addressed soon.

360Learning makes course and path creation a breeze

Reviewed 3 months ago

By using 360Learning, we are able to devote more time to our external and internal onboarding and training initiatives. In addition, it promotes individual agency and pride.

Pros

Our favorite features of 360L are the product's ease of use and the speed with which it can be implemented for internal and external training.

Cons

The degree to which this product is streamlined and tailored to our needs is difficult to classify, though, because I have never utilized a competing solution. Additionally, like with any SaaS, there is always room for enhancement, and the scheduling can be annoying at times.

360 Learning : Training for all and by all

Reviewed 2 years ago

360 L offers an LMS adapted to our needs and meeting the dual ambition of: - Make training available to everyone quickly and easily - Involve each employee in a process of sharing knowledge and best practices

Pros

The Collaborative Learning dimension which is one of the strenghts of the tool. The possibility of interacting with learners to support them in their learning process. Clearly identified contacts, available to support us in the implementation of our projects.

Cons

Get familiar with all the features of the tool requires time to fully integrate its environment and the options available. It is a necessary step if we want to optimise the operation of the LMS.
