It integrates the most features into what I want while giving me a ton of freedom to create the course how I want, to make my course look awesome, to integrate tons of media types.
But lack of student authentication leaves me no choice but to find another platform elsewhere. Stubborn developers dont think its important.
They have constantly improved the platform and have gone the extra mile to help make our school successful with professional development offerings. We couldn't be more happy with our LMS selection.
They are aware of the problem and said it was forwarded to the development team but no solution has come about.
LearnWorlds has afforded me the opportunity to market my own courses at an affordable price, which helps me to beat my competitors pricing.
The dev team couldn't answer my question --- and they CC'd my client which made things totally awkward.
The option to create interactive videos is very good, as well as the integration it has with other software such as Google Drive, Calendly and Zoom. The customer service is another highlight.
Then once you're invested they ignore you and spend their time trying to grow their business model with new clients.
Overall, I love this company. We are very happy with the platform.

The ability to record and store training sessions, and to organize them in a course. It makes it really useful and very good for training purposes.
Inability to delete rather than hide old content makes courses with multiple revisions somewhat difficult to manage.
We've been able to launch and grow our eLearning product over the past year with ease and our customers are happy with the functionality and ability to access our courses from anywhere.
Why is there a manage users page and a trainees page. That is so confusing and redundant.
Our assigned sales/technical contact was (& continues to be) extremely responsive. Our customers have found the offerings to be VERY easy to use and impressive to boot.
When I explain how they can go to the home page and continue/resume or reset, they seem confused and either don't understand what I'm talking about, or don't see it.
Mindflash has been a fantastic asset in assisting The FA in the development of skill sets of our volunteer workforce.
No timer on the assessments - no way to set up a "timed test.
Overall, I think the mindflash application is extremely useful and we have built a great set of online training modules for our internal teams. Thank you Mindflash - keep the updates coming.

Absorb has been great to learn, the customer support team and CRM's are amazing to work with. They are always willing to help achieve overall success for Admin and learners.
Again we were really disappointed about the department/sub-department functionality. So if you are using Absorb for multiple clients not just internally then beware.
Their customer service is by far THE BEST customer service I have ever received working with any other company. They are fast, responsive and always willing to help me out.
Thus, whenever you update a course, you will have to re-enroll all users. It has limited assessment options.
Great looking site design and flawless implementation. Amazing pricing and good product support.
Resources don't have a thumbnail- makes them look empty/incomplete. No place for text on the home dashboard.
It is Intuitive, is easy to use on the back-end, and has an attractive front-end. It's well-priced based on level of service, and they are responsive to requests for features/functionality.
The migration didn't go very smooth, but having been through implementations before though, I recognize some problems are to be expected.
Quick and responsive page loading, and simply ability to export data reports. Advance API and direct database access capability for growth and in-depth training program management and reporting.

It's a great place to track your progress within your role and what you hope to accomplish within the company. This is a great way to track your ambitions with your manager.
Sometimes the classes on my bridge account are not offered. This is more of a personal work problem than the software itself because my company hasn't paid for that particular subscription.
Overall, I'm very happy with the software and it seems like a good move for our company. Our staff have an easy time navigating the system, which is the largest part of the battle.
At times I would be asked to repeat a step in a course that was already passed. This may have been a user error on my part.
My very favorite part about Bridge is that they have excellent customer service. They are always available to help me when needed and are great at following up.
There are something that my company needs that are not included with Bridge and are hard to get changed.
I enjoyed the functionality and control the software provides. It is very user friendly and the integrations are pretty useful.
It seemed difficult and manual to group people. They didn't have a direct integration to BambooHR.

The pre-sales experience and implementation was frictionless -- our user adoption has steadily grown over time, and the support teams are top notch.
My favorite part about Bridge is that we are hard pressed to find features that were not well thought through and not fully baked.
We use Bridge to track our personal goals within our roles, our 1 on 1 discussion topics with our managers and company wide learning programs. It has a wide range of possibilities and is easy to use.

I love that Mighty Networks is its own network and free of all the other social media platforms. I also love the combination with content in the context of community.
It's difficult for me to find any cons or even constructive criticism for Mighty Networks. From my conversations with the MN team, I know we're still at the beginning.
The process is easy, the features are great, its several software's combined in one. To top it off great pricing.
And I found for myself that I was confused about setting it up. I also think I was sort of pushing the envelope in terms of my group structure so it was not a straight forward situation.
It allows for intentionality when members want to engage, and keep them focused on the most important happenings, with featured and welcome sections.
Not intuitive to navigate, making it hard to find exactly what you are looking for - just feels rather clunky.
The people at Mighty Networks are fantastic and their availability, feedback, and knowledge have fundamentally and positively altered how I am approaching my business and how I teach.
This video upload is limited so I’m still using YouTube.
They are supportive not just in using the software but also in designing meaningful and successful digital communities.
My favorite part about this software is the beautiful simplicity of the software. Although it's easy to use and clean, it also has a wide range of features that are continuously being added.

It's difficult for me to find any cons or even constructive criticism for Mighty Networks. From my conversations with the MN team, I know we're still at the beginning.
The process is easy, the features are great, its several software's combined in one. To top it off great pricing.
And I found for myself that I was confused about setting it up. I also think I was sort of pushing the envelope in terms of my group structure so it was not a straight forward situation.
It allows for intentionality when members want to engage, and keep them focused on the most important happenings, with featured and welcome sections.
Not intuitive to navigate, making it hard to find exactly what you are looking for - just feels rather clunky.
The people at Mighty Networks are fantastic and their availability, feedback, and knowledge have fundamentally and positively altered how I am approaching my business and how I teach.

Customer support has been outstanding. Tracking and ease of mentor management is fantastic.
The only con I have experienced is that there is no spell check on the program administrator side. No one wants to send out mass emails with spelling mistakes or typos.
The MentorcliQ team shared their expertise and recommended best practices which made our configuration decisions so super easy. We are excited to launch our new mentoring program very soon.
I have not experienced anything that I will say I dislike about MentorCliq.

We switched from MentoCore to Qooper this year and we have already seen a great difference. We love the engagement between mentors and mentees and customer service is top notch.
If I had to name one thing, it would be the inability to have video chats within the software.
We are very pleased with the software and the company. The support is topnotch, and they are very accessible.
Buttons scattered all over. Sometimes, it is hard to find the buttons when searching.
With Qooper, it became super easy for associates to display the project they're working on, the support they need and to be able to find more experience associates to help them.

Articulate Rise is currently my favorite tool for simple web based training development. Very easy to build beautiful and responsive courses that flow well and are easy to navigate.
As a graphic designer, I utilize a Mac every day and only being able to use this program on a PC is maddening. And the company has no plans to creat a version for Mac.
Articulate Rise is so easy to use and build out courses. Storyline is much more challenging but the ability to create fun, engaging, interactive and interesting courses is endless.
Perhaps my biggest pain point is in regards to logging in. Sometimes, I receive errors while logging on.
Customer support is excellent and the community that Articulate has created with E-Learning Heroes is a wonderful resource.
Our LMS toes the line, hard, on SCORM and the incompatibility caused me misery.
Use it in cunjunction with a good understanding of javascript, xapi and css and you have an amazing little tool.
I really cannot think of anything that I dislike about this software.
Having been in the L&D industry for 10+ years, I have been a longtime fan of Storyline and now am loving all of the additions they are adding to Rise, such as branch scenarios.
The templates in Rise allow for quick development of modern, easy to navigate online training (and I have used them to present information as well). The Content library is AMAZING.
For new users, the similarities to PowerPoint are great. The ease of importing ppts is always helpful.
This is a great tool for non instructional designers or for those just getting into ID. Additionally, I appreciate the infinite flexibility and complexity that is offered by Storyline.
This subscription makes it so easy to develop amazing eLearning courses. From quick cloud based courses in Rise, to more elaborate course development in Storyline.
I love using Articulate 360 to create beautiful courses and realistic, interactive learning scenarios.
I like that there are regular updates and support with the subscription model. The multi state object interface is so much better than captivate’s.
The free templates and online tutorials were really great. Articulate 360 is something I use for 80% of my work day, and the finals products are streamlined and professional.
Community forum was helpful. Video tutorials are helpful.
Also, the Rapid eLearning Blog is pretty cool because you learn from other developers and they provide challenges so you can develop your skills.

I love the friendly setup of the platform and the simplicity of use, mostly I use it for the praising the colleagues and it does solve a lot regarding giving positive feedback and having mood boost.
The flows are not optimised, UI is ugly, it seems that Leapsome itself doesn't use this app or these "improvements" are too low in their priorities list.
Something very interesting for me is that in addition of being a super LMS, thank to Leapsome we can organize meetings and periodical reviews and launch surveys across the company.
There are not many negatives to report, but it seems that Leapsome integrates with a limited number of programs, which is a hindrance to using it for more functions.

It felt strange that as a forward-thinking software company, we were using outdated methods for our internal processes.
There is good communication between the assigned contact partner, that is always willing to share best practices. I really like the Leapsome content (I enjoy the blog!), their philosophy and mission.
But we also found it difficult to standardise processes within our unique company structure.
Our experience with Leapsome has been excellent. The launch and rollout of the platform was really straightforward thanks to the Personio integration and the easy to follow set up guides.
Overall experience with Leapsome have been amazing, with the help of leapsome we are able to centralise all the performance management goal setting and are also able to automate it to a large extent.
Help text and clear permission explanations throughout the modules. Customer Succes and Support Teams are fantastic.

Ease of browsing feedbacks. Easy management and impressive UI.

All this is coupled with excellent customer service. Together's ability to quickly respond to our inquiries and troubleshoot issues really made our experience to date seamless and trouble-free.
The platform does not work well with zoom and if it does, we haven't been able to figure it out so maybe not the most user-friendly.
After a couple demos from various vendors we realized that Together offered the best platform for cost and by far had an amazing and responsive team behind them.
When it conect with microsoft teams some time it will get confuse time for meeting.
There was also a great amount of opportunity for customization throughout the process from creating the initial program, setting up the algorithm, email communications and pairing.
Didn't have lots of mentors to select from, but that could've been affected by participation.

The platform is fairly intuitive from an admin perspective and offers a good end user experience. The Thrive team are great to work with, very responsive and super helpful.
Having to go through each user is laborious and I would really loathe this job with more than 150 employees.
Pretty good— great customer service, love the recent accessibility additions, make reports better ☺️.
Personally i think maybe cheat sheet maker but thats really the only negative thing about it.
The training we had as well was fantastic and showed loads of ways of making learning fun and interactive.
Looking back, if we still had a traditional LMS, we would have struggled to offer some of the learning interventions that we have been able to host on Thrive.
I enjoyed the buying experience and how easy it was to install onto LMS. The feedback from the organisation has been positive and they like how interactive the e-learning is.
There are no obvious cons from the Thrive content that come to mind.

The overall experience was dull, heavy, and made everyone unhappy and struggling.
They offer incredibly detailed configuration options and the community is full of wonderful active people that are always there to help you if it's needed.
It is now a bulky applications with hell lots of features, it will take you around 2-3 months to properly go through every feature, no matter how fast you are.
The overall experience using Moodle is good. It great to navigate even if your a first time user and is very effective in online teacher especially during this pandemic.
Moodle can be difficult to find classes you are taking. I have had struggles signing into my class and finding them.
Moodle is an interactive way for students to learn and a great platform for writing. It’s a great creative outlet for kids to upload videos and essays.
My biggest problem is that some teachers have NO IDEA how to use this product. This app needs to give courses to teachers on how to use it.
This is a comprehensive and easy to use tool, specially when we are in the university. I had a good experience using it for some classes and assignments.

The ease of and accessibility of reporting and the self-service features for employees, including the always-expanding app, is wonderful.
Mgr was always complaining that she didn't find our notes. It was frustrating and caused ill feelings.
It is user friendly and real time tracking which is awesome!!! Super easy to learn and teach.
Too difficult to use and understand its set-up and costly, poor customer support to solve problems.
I really like how robust the system is -there is so much that you can do to help drive efficiency and accuracy. I also like that is relatively intuitive to use for employee side.
Implementation struggles and lack of cohesion between product team and implementation team.
I have had some of my best experiences with customer service through Ceridian and they always help me modify the system quickly to make it work effectively for me.
We are now a year into this project and 6 months post-live and are STILL trying to cleanup the mess caused during implementation. My time and my team's time is dominated by this cleanup process.
I enjoy how you can onboard new employees with benefit selections and payroll. It is useful to keep all these managerial aspects to my job on one location.
Lastly - we are currently have a major struggle with funding our 401K.
Our employees are very happy with how user friendly the system is. I think we have more employees engaged now than ever.

It's software that makes interaction with HR seamless and effective, I believe it saves a lot of time of going back and forth via email or other means of communication.
The integration between HR, Payroll, Time & Attendance and Benefits is the main reason we went with Dayforce. It gave us an all inclusive solution to our needs.
The scalability of this software made it easy to implement across multiple offices and divisions. It integrates with our existing payroll solution.

Every day we save time and money thanks for 360 Learning. We have a better tracking of the trained employees and the employees who have to be trained.
I have found many "technical bugs" that Learning and Support are slow to correct, making the functionality poor and the user experience frustrating.
The way they trained me to use the platform as administrator is just perfect. I will definitely recommend them to any company who wants to invest in e.learning.
Lastly the platform upgrades when they take place are in the middle of the business day, albeit for 10 minutes it can affect a 2 hour widow meaning we have to be cautious when planning programmes.
The ability to come up training modules independently is key to our success and my independent success within.
On first sight the interface might look difficult to apprehend.
Overall this is amazing software because I can quickly build engaging courses and integrate it with zoom. It was relatively simple to integrate and set up because of its simplicity.
The only potential downside is not having enough people internally to work on getting 360Learning up and running in your company.

The best thing that I like about Captivate Prime is that it has got webcam feature which lets you connect with your learners effectively.
API quality is very very bad, restriction of getting on 19 records sucks.
It is very easy to use and the best thing that I like is that learners can easily navigate and see the learning calendar which helps in scheduling course while training.
Above; the only staff that reached out to me were staff who were concerned more about completing the sale than assisting me with the product. The staff's English was difficult to understand.
Adobe products have very good interface including this software. The awesome thing that I like is that you can customize courses as it suits you.
This was not such a success and the infomation available during this process was limited. E.g. error messages where limited and the descriptions on how to create and upload where not that extensive.
The design is amazing, the skill-based system is very educational, the whole experience inside Captivate Prime is very good, for the course publisher and for the students.
Unsure how to use or do much, confusing features.
I liked the simplicity of the tool. I have used the basic FREE version of the software and I was pretty amazed with the possibilities.
There is nothing that can be thought of as negative about Adobe Captivate Prime.
Program has great features, more than I knew and customer service is outstanding.
When we did our tele conference with out whole division it was lagging a little bit.
It’s plenty of awesome features, that I cannot use because video tutorials give for granted many aspects of how to use the product and skip important steps.
So while going through the courses, I faced a lot of problems where some sessions failed to load. So, I have to get to the customer support which takes minimum of 1-2 days to resolve.
The marketing is perfect and helped me choose the right tool to use that will help save time money and effort.
Price & difficult configuration confusion in communication.
With Adobe Captivate Prime the course content is very good which provides a great knowledge and skill set to the users.

Their report writing is great and they have lots of free classes that will help you with this. The payroll and hr software is easy to navigate and customizable.
It takes months and months of training and practice and making mistake after mistake to figure out the basics of how to build reports.
The functionality of the system overall - how each module works with each other, and the fact that I can customize it to my needs myself as we change. The ease of use and training are outstanding.
At our workplace, sometimes the punches are not recorded on the employee station, causing problems with hours because it does not register them.
The support team we have now is incredibly responsive to our requests and the functions in UltiPro have improved the quality of our internal processes. When there have been issues with support, etc.
Dislike having to change my password so frequently.

There are a lot of gamification elements like quizzes and challenges which help to keep our attendees motivated. The analytics are great as well.
The course iframe option is missing in the course configuration (iframe is only possible in course activities). Course input video - missing the option to insert as an iframe video.
Solid piece of software with great potential. I used academy for a while in a self hosted solution and seems like I am migrating everything to Go4Click.
Some missing features but they are working on them and in the roadmap.
I like best the feature allowing me to create quizzes and challenges for students, including individual and group challenges. These help to boost collaboration between team members significantly.
UI can be better and they are already working on it so no hard feelings here.

I think the software is really great at helping with teachers do comments while watching themselves teach. It's great to give those comments from things I see but also see my coach's comments.
We have tried resetting and everything, but it won't work, so it is a shame because my company still relies on the software but I am unable to participate.
It is pretty painless to upload and comment on others videos. Especially in the situation we are in now, this is a nice way to be able to help each other improve.

The Looop sales, support, and customer success teams are patient, responsive, and helpful. It's been a great experience so far.
I can't think of anything that I dislike about the software currently.
From day one most of our team have praised the impact the platform has had. It has put learning at the fingertips of our people and has made it super accessible.
I don’t think there are any features I feel the tool is missing.
This is a great platform to help us to do that with the campaigns and the way it integrates with our other products.
User insights reporting is something to maybe pay attention to.
The customer service has been exceptional in helping us really think through what we are trying to accomplish and how the system might help facilitate achieving those goals.
I think anytime you are integrating a new software across an entire company there are small user pains.
The Learner UX is great too, the feedback on the look and feel has been great from our people.
After deeply investigating of the top-rated LMS’ Looop is the clear winner for our team. Once we made the decision we met the team at Looop and the learning community.
Their developers are incredible and responsive. Ve seen the community ask for tweaks and changes and I’m impressed with how fast they respond.
Ease of use and set-up, plug and play with instant results. The go to tool to reach a dispersed population, great as a comm's platform.
Loved how easy it is to upload resources , navigate the site from a learner point of view. Can be integrated with our in house shared drive/MS teams.
There’s a smart “set it and forget it” mentality you can build into some of the clever campaigns. Looop’s content editor is SO GOOD that we don’t feel the need to make everything into a SCORM course.

From there, setting up the courses and managing/tracking users was easy to do. We love that the software was so flexible for us to add into our infrastructure for an affordable price.
We had 10 ipads in our booth, and had to close out and reopen the browser after every user to avoid having a problem. This was after several tech people worked on the issue.
I'm grateful I haven't had to contact customer service for very much. The ease of use and results have been great.
Some time the appearance of the main window is confuse.
I loved the ease of use, the options that the software has built in and the customer service and support are tops, they were always so kind and helpful.
The only flaw is that the platform doesn't fully support scorm files yet.
Working with the guys with http://www.quizworksinternational.com/ was not only successful but also rapid, affordable, and fun. I sure wish we had more partners like this.
There were some functions missing but they are already working on it.

I was so disappointed after buying the product because after receiving an email to say that a training will be scheduled, no one initiated contact with me after that for almost a week.

Almost each time i try to check in or check out i have to make sure the action is done because many time it's fail and there is no feedback or error displayed. The performance need improves.
