What is AwardSpring?
AwardSpring is a cloud-based scholarship management platform, which helps small to large educational institutions streamline application management, donor engagement, fund utilization, and more. The software provides various features including custom forms, applicant portal, single sign-on (SSO) environment, reporting, data import/export, pre-made templates, budget calculation, and digital scorecards.
AwardSpring enables administrators to match students with opportunities, modify scholarship criteria, send award letters, communicate and collaborate with donors, synchronize student data, and manage letter of recommendation (LOR) requests. It offers a custom application function, which allows administrators to create personalized scholarship applications using essay responses, drag and drop configuration, conditional logic, custom transcripts, and confidential document requests.
The solution helps students track application progress, view available scholarships, and monitor incoming funds. Administrators can utilize the centralized dashboard to manage incoming applications via bulk denying, custom filters, to-do lists, and reviewer notes. It also allows supervisors to grant/revoke user access and control password rules.
