We've used the system for close to 10 years but are currently looking for other options on the market due to our prefunds being refunded during each bi-monthly payout for multiple years, difficulty learning about charge backs (and having to complain that Active should follow up with us), wait time for invoices for prefunds (still waiting on several invoices to be sent for 2+ years) and the responses to our inquiries when we run into problems.

The "add to cart" system does not translate well with constituents, and customization on the camp registration website is minimal and outdated. Since we rely on registration questions to charge students the appropriate class cost, the discount does not work.

We like Camp & Class Manager because it allows us to create flexible schedules for after school classes and summer camps and direct our families to this product for registration and payment for their selected options.

The end user display doesn't allow enough customization so we need to duplicate some functionalaity on our own website, meaning extra management and a less than optimal end user experience.

One report that could be added is a report that would show me which instructors/teachers are assigned to an actual class, the class start date, end date, excluded dates and a few other useful fields.

We get complaints from our customers that the language to describe the program is confusing. For us to see the Active Advantage section during registration, we have to put in credit card information into the system to advanced to the sections.

The Membership area is a bit confusing because we are not able to get monthly deposit income easily from the members, but there is a workaround we have created. If there were a not-for-profit discount, it would be even more amazing.

The biggest issue we have with this product is the "programs" Active attempts to sell our customers at the time their registrations.

Being able to create separate registration forms is a frustrating experience, and there are often issues with registering on mobile.

This program is so easy for us to set up our upcoming summer camps and then get the registration links out to our members. Since we have used this company for many years the pricing is incredible.
