Each parent should have their own account instead of this mess. Also the fees to use a card are ridiculous.

Thank you for taking the time to review Child Care Seer?.  We're so glad you found our software easy to learn!  Allowing teachers to include children not present in class on some entries is a great idea, and we'll be sure to add it to our product roadmap!  In the meantime, your director is able to add any child, even those who were not present that day, to an activity via the main entries log. It will appear in the child's  daily journal and the parent will get a notification on their app as if the child was in class.

At Seer, we know this happens often, and we've created our software to allow you to be both with just one log-in! Unfortunately, electronic payment processing always involves a cost.   Our software provides a choice to our schools  of how they'd like to handle those fees.  Some schools prefer to have some (or all) of the fees passed along to the parents, and others build it into their price.  Either way, the fees are part of accepting electronic payments.

Because we fully support flexible care (monthly, weekly, and drop-in care all at the same time), wallets (designed to ease dynamic family payment structures), and tuition assistance, we know that's a lot to learn!  We offer many help videos on our website (available to all), and we are happy to assist you one-on-one if needed - just click the help button while in Seer.

We designed wallets to handle all kinds of family childcare payment structures, including sharing bills between multiple payers, prepaying for several weeks of care, and

Awful for shared parenting

We're sorry you've found use of the app disappointing.  In order to support many different family situations, each parent does have their own account which allows both individual messaging and payments to the center.  If you'd like to reach out to us at via the Seer help button or email seer_support@childcareseer.com, we'd be happy to work with you and the center to help improve the experience you're having.

The benefits that I see are being able to see what my child does every day to know what they’re feeding her. It’s really important to me to be able to make sure that my daughter is taken care of.

I wish we could see what teacher is with the child that day with a picture and a profile that we could click on to learn more about them.
