Famly provides an all round service from being able to share information easily with staff & parents to being able to keep an eye on finances & debt, it definitely provides all the services we need as a nursery.

The only thing that is kind of frustrating about the app is that within the app itself, I cannot preview invoices. And there’s also no option for me to select all staff or select all children when sending out an email.

Overall, we are happy and feel that despite the few things that could be improved it still feels more user friendly than some of the other choices on the market.

Some features missing like staff rotas and attendance percentages that could be included in the price and help others understand more important information, and the assessments and observations could be shown better on the smaller tablet so staff can access all of the eyfs data on the screen.

Would also like to see another survey that truely reflects our relationships with local authority simliar to the survey you did last year.

I like that the children’s parents get notifications in real time of what they have done throughout the day E.g. nappy changes, sleep times etc.

It would be useful for parents to have more permissions with regard to adding additional users to their profile.

Famly has been great support for my Business it has provided so many benefits all in one place, from being able to view occupancy availability to producing invoices to collect fees.

We have split age groups in two of our rooms, therefore this does not reflect the amount of staff we need in each room e.g. Rompers Under tow's 1:3 ratio and over two's 1:4 ratio.

Everything in one place, from in the rooms through to management requirements, such as invoicing, staff hours, staff holiday.

Invoicing system has taken some getting used to and how the format works.

As we've used it the main things I really value include - the invoices being simple, accurate, and easy to do; tracking children's progress is easy and has customisations that make it work for us; and the team find it easy to use - they have a variety of skills and competences as any team do but even the most techniphobic can sign in and out.
