On a few occasions, I left voicemail messages and did not receive a return call, which was challenging given the time-sensitive nature of my issue.

Another outstanding feature is the discipline feature which allows administrators to track negative and positive behaviors, add or remove credits, and focus on each student's academic goals.  

Trying to reach out to customer support and not receiving a return email or phone call is very frustrating especially when you are new to the program.

The events on the calendar will change dates or times if another adjustment is made.

The response time is very short and the help is great.

I haven't used this enough to say cons other than I don't like the additional fees for some of the enrollment and that I had to manually put students in classes, BUT I did like the copy feature that made it easy for me to copy to the other quarters.

It's a reasonable price point & offers a lot of helpful features.

Additionally, the software had gradebook are generously available and integrates with lesson plans and report card features.
