Customer service is very responsive and friendly. Color scheme/design of software is nice.
I am confused as to why we have to set up an activity AND a camp or semester.
Love the comprehensive scheduling capabilities and the way it works with my website.
The reports that you are able to run are useless. Parents should be able to register and select check or homeschool funds.
I love their prompt replies to help requests. They are easy to work with and overall the platform is easy to use.
I noticed that, when I added a few more weeks to an existing semester, a few random classes were displayed as cancelled. This happened immediately after I added the weeks.
The features are intuitive and it integrated seamlessly into my Squarespace website. From the customer point of view, the design is attractive and easy to use.
The activities are all listed in one category, so they are difficult to separate.
Whenever I run into something that does not fit or work for us, I do get a reply within a day which is super important.
This software is instructor/ educator friendly. I absolutely love it prior to the training I was able to understand how to navigate the system to create booking and contact customers.
Overall I am satisfied with the program. It’s more affordable than hiring someone to do the enrollment for me and saves me a lot of time.
For me I need scheduling to be easy and not complicated but most importantly I want the parents of my students to book a class with ease.
I love that it is easy to use, I am able to run refunds and credits if needed and I get through representatives fast with my issues/concerns/questions.
Registrations are very simple to make, promotion is effective and also calendar integration is helpful.
The customer service is great- my clients would really appreciate an app to register though.
From the start I have loved using Sawyer because it's complex yet easy to figure out. And, the company has adapted so much to Covid and feedback.
Sawyer truly changed how my customers see my business, booking on my website is easy, professional, trustworthy, with a beautiful and sleek design.
I love Sawyer has children-activity-specific features such as camps, semesters, drop-ins, sibling discount, caregiver needed in the class, ages for the class, etcetera.

Pros and Cons from Linewize users

Customer support is good is always helpful. Overall its been a good experience.
I am unable to alter the names of my rostered courses and I am very limited on what I can do with PCs.
This year we're off to a great start with Linewise, I'm eager to see the full impact at the end of the semester. I highly recommend Linewise for educators.
The filters are finicky. The most struggle I've had with Linewize is just getting websites either blocked or allowed properly.
It's a super useful tool to have in our toolkit. I really can't say enough positive things about it.
Maybe I'm not using it correctly but it's a little confusing to me. For instance my superintendent wanted a report of every user who had accessed Netflix.
While the filter is top-notch, we are most impressed with classwize and it's easy implementation in the classroom.
As a teacher, I NEVER know what websites are blocked for my students. I may create an entire lesson using one website which I find out after I have started my class is partially or wholly blocked.
Overall I have had a great experience with Linewize. Again, the customer support is top notch.
For the most part, it is a great sense of security knowing that the filtering is on task and doing what we need for it to be doing.
Nobody jumps into the webfilter on to resolve an issue that isn't an immediate need. That quick response keeps end users happy which makes my day to day life easier.
Ease of use of product, a product i can recommend.
It is fairly easy to use. I can easily see what the students are doing.
So when I need to be in the webfilter I don't always know exactly what im looking for or where it is. Using the quick chat feature has always resolved my issue in a timely manner.

I love that we can package our apps and push them out. I also love the one time fee for the lifetime of the device instead of paying a per year fee.
Disowning iPads and removing Jamf is a pain. Multiple steps involved and we were having to do extra steps as well.
I love love the inventory and being able to lock down a stolen device.
Its very difficult to learn, not much contact from anyone from Jamf unfortunately.
I really enjoy the using Jamf School to manage our school devices. It cost for perpetual licensing makes it a very affordable option for schools.
Creating the scope to issue apps to groups was more difficult than expected.
I like how easy it is to set up profiles. It is also very easy to use VPP with Apple School Manager to push out apps to our devices.
Overall, it has streamlined our iPad management, enough to where I have confidence our technicians can put their hands on the platform and solve issues without needing much further escalation.
The biggest part of Jamf School that I like is the ease of use.
Jamf School (formerly ZuluDesk) has been a great MDM solution for our school district's needs.
Jamf School MDM is a great tool for the price.
The UI is very easy on the eyes, and the options available for device management make the day-to-day task of solving issues with devices much easier.
I like everything about the Jamf suite of products.

It is now seamless and very useful. Our parents are very appreciative of the improved communication we now offer as well as the mobile app that lets them more easily track their child's progress.
There are no features that are too hard to use. I was not here when this program was integrated.
It is very user friendly and affordable for small schools. Notable: Teacher Pages which have been very Covid Friendly, great report section and parent friendly app.
Also, the statements for the parents can be confusing.
I particularly am grateful for the patience and knowledge of the customer care resps. No matter how simple or trivial my questions or issues may be, they are very gracious and helpful.
Since I'm beginning to learn a little more of the software, I can not make an accurate comment about what I dislike least about the software.
The amazing service gradelink offer is wonderful and the technical support team behind it are great people. They reply to my calls right away and are patients to slove my issue in knowledgable way.
We don't have much to say that is negative about this product. If we ever run into a problem, we get prompt help.
Gradelink is a comprehensive program and that is why support is so very important. That is what I like most about Gradelink, its support.
Easy to use and the customer service is excellent, always very helpful and friendly.
I feel that the software is user friendly and easy to use. I like that there are helpful videos to watch.
They are kind, encouraging, quick to follow up, and responsive to the first order. Being able to have a team at hand when I run into an issue is key and I can always count on them.
Easy to learn, user friendly, the amount of information available for parents is awesome. From finances to the calendar, grades etc.
Gradelink has been user friendly and provides us with all that we need to store our student information and communicate with our families at a reasonable price. The customer service has been great.
The customer support and the quick resolution of issues is amazing.
I haven't had the chance to do this but I like that it integrates with Google Classroom.
I also believe that the product, in the scheme of today's electronic grading data systems, is a bargain for the quality of the program design and what the program offers to users.
The addition of Google Classroom integration was huge for our school as we a fully committed to Classroom and can now easily sync grades.

It has been good, and I would highly recommend it over the previous system we used. I like most of the newer features and believe it will continue to get better over time.
Nothing is intuitive, it's extremely hard to change or fix a mistake on an assignment if you make a mistake, grade syncing with our electronic gradebook is very glitchy.
Canvas has a great overview page and is nice that all of your materials are in one place. I appreciated that it was the main form of communication, document location & even some quizzes and tests.
The parent canvas app is confusing and difficult to navigate. It is hard to discern what assignments are due to strange naming structures.
The overall experience during my last two years of undergraduate school was very pleasant and I sincerely hope that I encountered this software again in graduate school.
As a parent, it was difficult to understand where some items were but I feel that was user error and not the platform.
The Graphical user interface is pretty good and visually appealing and the color-coded course help differentiate it from other courses. Timely updates to the participating courses are also helpful.
There are times where Canvas will be down for maintenance and it can be inconvenient.
Canvas is a great platform from a student perspective. It is extremely easy to use and makes learning a little more fun.
I loved Canvas as a student, I loved using it as a teacher, I love making trainings for it for my teachers.
I love how it isn’t overwhelming. I love the calendar, it is super easy to understand and use.
I love that it is super user friendly. I love how easy it is to find what your are looking for.
I love that Canvas allows me to create beautiful, eye catching ads with ease. I never thought myself much of an ad designer but Canvas makes it easy to advertise my business and stay on budget.
I like how once you create a template for your classes, it is easy to repeat and reuse this for future classes. I also like how all course documents are easy to link and integrate to your home pages.
It was easy to use and easy integrate with my other tools. It was perfect to interact and see the feedback from people who used it for testing and exchanging comments.
Exceptional, I used Canvas as an instructor and have built integrations into Canvas as a software developer. Canvas has a great dedication to customer service that is less common these days.
I love the community forums (you can find help for literally anything), and the numerous tools that are. Either provided by Canvas, or.
The easiest option for novice users, and one of the most complete for professionals who don't want to spend a lot of money.

If a child is a bully or behaves negatively due to certain factors such as abuse I could see this software possibly causing problems.
My experience has been awesome. My colleagues were grateful when I shared with them the ease of use.
Students lack of wireless at home so they are unable to interact from home at times. Most parents at least have a smartphone.
As a working parent I want to be connected to my children as best I can and this helps me do just that.
I dislike that in the app there is no option to delete old messages. I see my inbox as a little trashy.
They love that they can customize their character, and they get excited to track their points and earn rewards. I love that you can customize the skills to meet the needs of your students.
Sometimes storys can get lost in the feed need to give options to bookmark information.
The benefit was the kids were very excited to earn points and they could visually see their progress. The software has made their site very kid-friendly with nice animations.
