I can easily switch between child profiles without having to sign in/out and I can monitor grades along with keeping track of events on the calendar.

Another outstanding feature is the discipline feature which allows administrators to track negative and positive behaviors, add or remove credits, and focus on each student's academic goals.  

Trying to reach out to customer support and not receiving a return email or phone call is very frustrating especially when you are new to the program.

The response time is very short and the help is great.
