I can add registered students, assign them to classes, record class attendance, and send emails to specific students, families, or classes as needed.

One major drawback I’ve experienced while using IGradePlus as a  teacher is the lack of an automatic save option. When creating or editing lesson plans, assignments, or student feedback, I have to remember to manually save everything.

Additionally, printing grade reports can be challenging when trying to include all important information such as individual grades, lesson titles, and quarter summaries.

Love the ability to upload documents relevant to work and what has been handed out so all students have access to material even when absent.

I usually have to keep the Thai name and the English name of my students, so that pushes their nickname (the English name we usually use to identify them) out of sight on the assignment grade entry page.

It is not possible to make a schedule of scheduled lessons and for these lessons to appear on the teacher's home page on the days of the scheduled lessons.

For example, if I add an assignment, it goes to the end, even if it is due before the last assignment. If we didn't complete an assignment, I can't delete it even when no grades have been entered.

It also took me a minute to realize what data/info would show up under what tabs and how to ensure I saved assignments I created before moving to a different tab.

It was reliable and made day-to-day classroom tasks more manageable. While there is room for improvement in the user interface and navigation, the functionality met my needs as an educator.

Maybe a way to create more assignments in bulk ahead of time and at once, rather than having to type them all in individually and add “classwork, homework, test, quiz…”.

This can be especially time-consuming when preparing reports for parent meetings or administrative reviews, as users may have to sacrifice some details or spend extra time formatting manually.

A lot of steps to make an assignment. If we’re tracking a lot of data for each lesson it was time consuming to make each individual assignment.

It has made doing report cards so easy, as all the averages and scores are calculated for me. Since we share students, it is really easy to run reports and share with my colleagues at a moment's notice.

Searching for specific information can sometimes be challenging. If I need to find attendance records or grade averages, I never can remember how to access what I need.

I wish parents could click on assignments to ask questions. Or even click on the grade itself and it automatically links them to my email or something like that.

Additionally, there are moments when the system can feel slightly sluggish, particularly during peak times when generating reports or accessing large amounts of data.

Some info tags would be nice on the admin side for entering data and ensuring required formats are understood at input.

If I enter a new assignment but continue on to enter grades without hitting save/done and accidentally log off or get interrupted , it will not save the draft.

Second I see the average class grade for every assignment so I can look at that until if my class has the concept or if they need more practice.

What I liked least about iGradePlus was the user interface and navigation. While the core features were functional, the layout sometimes felt outdated and not as intuitive as it could be.

What stands out the most is how customizable the system is — whether you're teaching elementary or high school, iGrade adapts to your needs.

It is very difficult to navigate to different things, such as finding the students grades once they are in, and navigating to a specific student.

Finally because it is an online green book I can work at home which maybe I should have better boundaries but I do like to grade at home or I can work at school and I don’t have to pack something back-and-forth.
