Mark: Hi, my name is Mark. I'm an online instructor in higher education, and I would give iGradePlus a five out of five. When considering using iGradePlus, I've used the internal grading systems for various learning management systems like Moodle and Blackboard. I ended up using iGradePlus for various reasons, the most important of which was flexibility. The system allowed me to go ahead and enter students, and that I could add or drop students as I needed, and it was just functionally easier to go ahead and use that than the internal systems for any of the other programs that I've used previously. And in addition, I liked the fact that you could have built in communication systems, so that I could email students, and they could email me back directly from that software. The last is that I like the fact that the software allows students to set up their own password, and so if a student forgot their password, they didn't have to try and holler at me to figure out what it was; they could just go directly to the software and have an email prompt sent to reset it for them. It was really easy to integrate iGradePlus into my online instruction. The system itself is easy to go ahead and enter the student's names, their ID numbers, and set up the individual courses by semester so it was a really simple process. If I was going to recommend this software to anybody else, I would definitely encourage online instructors to consider using it. It's easy to go ahead and integrate all of the class rosters, you can set up multiple classes, and then once you have all the students enrolled, it sends out the invitations out to the students. You get notified as an instructor, so there's not a lot of followup that you have to go in and do, in order to try and integrate this into your online instruction.

I have used iGradePlus for 5 years going into my 6th. It has improved over that time without losing the features that I have liked most. I have never had a bad experience with the software and if ever there was a problem it was quickly fixed.
I like how easy it is to use putting in grades, finding grades, setting parameters and making changes on the student level. I like that whenever there is a problem a solution is quickly dealt out. It is nice to have a place to upload notes sent home and be able to communicate with parents and allow them to view their child(s)' grades.
Sometimes it can be hard to find assignments if you do not use all of the entry tools available.

I couldn't be more pleased with their service. The product is really good and gets better every year. Thanks for the dedication to give us what we need iGradePlus!
Initially I chose iGradePlus because of its price and ease of use. However after using it I discovered they had quick and responsive service. We are pleased with the overall product and service. More is added every year and most is based on what we ask for as customers.
There are several features not up and running yet. This is probably due to the number of years it takes to refine the software. I will say though, new features are rolled out several times a year. Thankfully these roll outs are based on what we the customers need and ask for. Knowing this we patiently and expectantly look forward to the continued evolution of this product.

Having less options for reports. It would be helpful to be able to print full reports for individuals as well as for the class.

This is our third year using it for our campus. Teachers are comfortable and really like the new features as they are rolled out. Very well priced when we compared to other vendors.
Easy to roll out and implement. Teachers were able to begin using it immediately with single session training. Response to questions, suggestions and bug reporting are acknowledged quickly. Communicating with parents is really easy and privacy is maintained when sending a group message.
Reports are a bit hard to customize, unable to customize certain sections.
