MyScol is the first all-in-one online administrative management system (SAAS) for all types of educational structures. Suitable for primary and secondary schools, universities and training centers of all sizes, this powerful software, optimal and easy to use saves time and money thanks to the dematerialisation that takes place via an interface dedicated to each user profile (school staff, students, parents, teachers) and remains accessible from an internet connection via computers (PC, Mac, Chromebook, Linux), tablets and smartphone (Android, Apple).

MyScol offers 10 modules with a hundred features and combines a SIS (School Information System for the management of multiple aspects of school life), an ERP system (accounting, billing, human resources, library and material management), and a Learning Management System (LMS) for e-learning courses.

Teachers have access to the various teaching, educational, administrative and disciplinary tasks required by their function and can even provide e-learning courses. Parents can take any administrative steps online, such as registering their children in the school, but also on an ad hoc basis in the canteen and daycare. They can report and justify an absence and be notified via email and SMS alerts (paid service) in the event of an unjustified absence. Parents and students have access to the Unique School Booklet (LSU), homework, schedules, etc.

All MyScol user accounts are protected by a secure connection. Myscol is certified by European GDPR regulations. Daily backup of your institution’s data is stored and archived in a private and secure database based in France. The support is accessible by email on weekdays, reply in less than 24h with a possibility to be called in case of emergency. Also at your disposal are a knowledge base and video tutorials.
