I am a huge fan of Sana and belief, that this tool is really shacking the segment of online training platforms. I love that this tool by design fosters collaboration.
1. 1st of all the Sanians are just fantastic to cooperate with. Our customer success manager is just amazing. Fixing any issue in now time and constantly there to support and inspire. 2. All the AI functions making learning content production so easy and efficient. 3. Sana search sooooo powerful and really adds to knowledge sharing within our company. 4. The seamless integration with our HRIS system.
A bit more freedom of moving blocks around when creating content would be great.

Very good - the team at Sana are outstanding. We are able to have frank conversations with the product team about what works well and what doesn't, and give our thoughts on what they are building.
It is an AI first platform that supports a variety of learning methods. Introducing Conversational Learning via the AI to our audiences was a big aim of ours.
The lack of data integrations so far. The Insights in the platform are very good but we cannot add Google Analytics and the data available via the API is still quite limited. They are working on this though

Easy to use platform for learners and admin. As a content creator, it's very simple to understand how it works and have access to powerful insights. Sana really allows to create impactful content for internal trainings. Their support team are available anytime to provide some help if necessary.
French translation still need some improvements at some points :).

The Sana team has been delightful to work with, from the Sales experience through to Customer Support. At every step along the way, they've demonstrated empathy and flexibility. While there is still some functionality that we would like to see developed, we've been happy with the process for submitting feedback and getting updates.
Sana creates a beautiful, engaging, and modern experience for learners. We had some tight deadlines to deliver on, and we found the workflows around building new courses pretty intuitive so it was easy to get up and running quickly! The AI writing assistant is also one of the best I've used to date.
Some of the workflows around content management and assignment can be less intuitive (especially in comparison to how seamless it is to create and update courses), and would love to see more options with reporting!

Overall experience is just amazing! We started of our collaboration 1,5 year ago. It has been a great journey throughout the way. Together we transforming how we us a company learn and share knowledge faster than ever before!
I love their innovative, intiutive and friendly way of working. Their platform is constantly developing and they truly listening to their partners. Every day I am grateful for our collaboration and they are all I am looking in partnership. On top of that our employees really like the touch and feel of Sana or our House of Learning as we call.
Today I cannot say anything that I do not like, since they are always responsive to anything we want see in a better way. We are just developing together.
