Servoescolar is a web application that facilitates control of school administration and integrates a complete administrative and academic management system for students. The system provides virtual environments for online learning and allows self-service for routine processes such as online payments. In addition, it exports data and connects to major accounting systems such as Aspel and Mcrosip.
The platform is accessible from any device with internet access. It also has a mobile application in which teachers, students, and family members, in their respective roles, can access the platform's functionalities such as timetable consultation, grade review, account status, school records, internal chat, etc. The app is available for Android and iOS operating systems.
The software is priced by usage through an annual payment per student, adapting any of the 3 existing versions that best fit the characteristics of the educational institution. There is also a special version for universities.
