There is so much information held within the database that it took a while to find out where it was in order to run the correct report.   Once you are used to the navigation then the reporting is much easier.

The team are always on hand if there is a query and [sensitive content hidden]  is brilliant at sending loom videos which visually shows how to do certain tasks.

Being able to mass update fields and custom fields would help remove administrative burdern.

I also like the Advanced Filtering function where you can drill down specific user groups to send mass emails and analyse the data i.e whose reading your emails.

I would characterise Toucan as having a very personal and tailored approach.

Another great function has been networking – great for parents, but also great for our high school students looking for guidance about universities and career paths.

They are always encouraging and supportive; exactly what you ask for in customer support, if you ask me.

The cost is probably market average, but it is still a big investment.

Donation and now membership management are the two most critical aspects of what we use Toucan for.

The overall SaaS solution is helpful in tht all new features automatically show up without any delay or work on our side.

The more invested you are in it the more you can get out of it.
