Travel Tracker is a cloud-based route management software designed to help education institutions of all sizes streamline field trip planning and routing operations via a unified portal. The system allows the school transportation staff to manage field and athletic trips from the initial request to invoicing.

Travel Tracker includes a trip estimator, a district-wide calendar, automated invoicing, and reporting capabilities, which enable organizations to meet deadlines, comply with government regulations, and improve the routing process. It offers a host of features such as dual screen visibility, calendar-based scheduling, automatic map updates, route optimization, Google maps interface, automated permission slips, and more. The application lets supervisors organize and manage field trips, athletic trips, and other transportation needs.

Travel Tracker allows institutions to receive trip requests through online forms in a centralized inbox and automatically forward them to authorized members for approval. Administrators can also schedule buses and drivers, create custom invoices, and generate reports using the built-in tracking dashboard.
