Out of all the AI transcription services I tried, Sonix was the best at accurately identifying who was speaking when in a group meeting, as well as discerning regional accents.

I've only used the automatic translation once and, besides I was told that the translation is robotic and required a little bit of editing) the timing of the subtitles was affected to the point they were appearing at the wrong times

I used a particular qualitiative methodology that required the transcripts to be divided into smaller sections ( "meaning units") as a first step and then paraphrased or "transformed".

Exporting data to Excel or CSV files makes it easy to then triangulate between cases, codes, transcripts and participants.
