Once the session has started, they can quickly analyze the situation and find a solution, through features like live camera streaming, AR annotations, voice and text chat, freezing the camera stream, and much more. On-demand access to product experts means customers will no longer need to wait after reporting issues to the contact center. With no travel and immediate access to customers, customer support teams can resolve issues at a faster pace.
