Zoho Lens, augmented reality remote assistance software allows subject-matter experts to help field technicians and customers right from where they are. Experts can view the live incoming camera stream from a smartphone or smart glass on their computer or smartphone. During remote interactions, experts can use features like AR annotation, text chat, and voice chat to communicate better.

Besides better communication, Zoho Lens offers features like session analytics and recording, rebranding, and file management aid organizations in effective user management, better audits, and customization.

Zoho Lens lets client-facing teams resolve customer issues faster, by giving them the ability to start remote assistance sessions. Once the session has started, they can quickly analyze the situation and find a solution, through features like live camera streaming, AR annotations, voice and text chat, freezing the camera stream, and much more. On-demand access to product experts means customers will no longer need to wait after reporting issues to the contact center. With no travel and immediate access to customers, customer support teams can resolve issues at a faster pace.

With Zoho Lens, customer-facing teams can provide product demos or help customers with installation through intuitive remote assistance sessions, rather than asking customers to read intimidating product manuals or schematics.
