The integration with SF and our TMS is great, its fantastic to have all order information linked to the accounting objects. Reporting is great as well, that is mostly a SF feature.

Anytime something comes up I know I have to figure it out myself or waste time trying to correspond with someone.

The inability to send ACH payments out of the box was a huge piece for us.

Bank Direct Connect" process to import transactions from our bank account can be glitchy and buggy and at times have caused us many extra hours of work and caused us to delay our monthly close.

I love the approval process for the software, you can send an email from the software to the supervisors to approve purchases, they also have a great 3 way verification method.

The only way you can get an update to fix something is if you log a case, this includes missing updates for things that you haven't yet identified as not working.

The thing I like the most above this software is that it is helping to save the environment by going paperless. That's the only thing good about this.

It is very user friendly. It helps to streamline the invoicing and approval process.

The way it works with Sage 300 CRE is absolutely amazing. I believe the reports are best feature of the program.

Helps with communication and document management. A great integrated way to keep everyone in the loop on a project.

The ease of use and the capability of locating invoices quickly. The ability to filter by property, date, account # to locate invoices.

I have issues from time to time with Timberscan losing the link to Timberline.

Paperless environment that integrates well with Timberline (ability to import). Like the automation (matching supporting documents, etc.).

The only dislike that I have is that if I happen to send an invoice to a manager for review, I can't get access to it until they release it.

Ease of access in looking up documents for reference, approval process workflow,  licensing model works well.

Project Engineer

Overall it is a great software to use, organizing billing to subcontractors, but the overall software could be updated to be able to provide a faster more effective approval process.

A bit clunky and sensitive when using the auto hide bar.
