We have been users for 4 years and any queries have always been addressed promptly, they take suggestions on board, 3-way match works well and gives us good financial controls.

You have all you invoices on one system and able to search back to archive invoices.  

I love the speed at witch i can process large volumes of invoices.

Lightyear sometimes splits invoice lines incorrectly, but this is very easily rectified.

The only challenge was the initial setup and learning curve, but once we got past that, the efficiency gains and cost savings have been great.

Would like the option to make fields mandatory or optional in raising POs.

I like that Lightyear easily connects to the accountancy software package which I use so we can import invoices.

You have less manually input as it matches invoices against PO's and statements.

In addition, with developments ongoing and the Lightyear team's ambition to add and improve, I can only see us moving more and more processing to the Lightyear platform.

I find the processing page a little annoying, it jumps around a bit.

A seamless system, easy to navigate for accounting minded staff and others that are not so financial minded that are required to approve/sign off invoices.

The Lightyear team are helpful and proactive to sort out any bugs and issues that come up.

Its visual, easy to find archived invoices, can download, print etc all at the click of a button.

Reporting could be improved as it isn't very powerful at the moment.

I know that there are a lot of parts of the system which I am not using, some online training which has been pre-recorded would be great.

Lightyear is straightforward and efficient for invoice approval.
