Difficult to set up and when it is not working as expected it can get in the way of processing documents.

Seamless integration with our ERP system, reporting and ease of reconciliation to our records are awesome. There is no need to maintain Sales Tax tables internally.

They charged us up front for a year and then provided little to no support in implementation. It's impossible to get a response from them.

It is very user friendly. I love the way the returns are listed and you can go in and see what the return is going to be.

They would not let us walk away so now we have a garbage product. The customer service is absolutely terrible.

The feature for tracking states that may trip nexus and require filings is great. Good connections with account manager to update us on features and changes to account.

With the integration, there is a problem with counties with the same name.

When I contacted them about why they haven't filed returns for SST states, they were extremely slow in their response. Customer support is terrible.

They disavow mistakes and responsibility for failure to register their clients in the requested states and their customer support consists of sending you dozens of links to their online handbook.

When i first started to use it the front page was a bit confusing and finding the excel sheet was not easy to find.

It does what is required. I dont like being forced to use anything, but as HM Government insist on going digital this is probably the easiest to use and value for money.

It is Spreadsheet based, making integration with excel held accounts very easy.

On the one occasion that I needed help their customer service team came back to me straight away and solved my problem.
