Difficult to set up and when it is not working as expected it can get in the way of processing documents.

Seamless integration with our ERP system, reporting and ease of reconciliation to our records are awesome. There is no need to maintain Sales Tax tables internally.

They charged us up front for a year and then provided little to no support in implementation. It's impossible to get a response from them.

It is very user friendly. I love the way the returns are listed and you can go in and see what the return is going to be.

They would not let us walk away so now we have a garbage product. The customer service is absolutely terrible.

The feature for tracking states that may trip nexus and require filings is great. Good connections with account manager to update us on features and changes to account.

With the integration, there is a problem with counties with the same name.

When I contacted them about why they haven't filed returns for SST states, they were extremely slow in their response. Customer support is terrible.

They disavow mistakes and responsibility for failure to register their clients in the requested states and their customer support consists of sending you dozens of links to their online handbook.

It was absolutely ridiculous. I paid them $4700 and would still need to do the heavy lifting for getting the application set up.

What I like least about ONESOURCE is that there are some missing returns and the helpdesk situation is awful. We have had several tickets open for months with no movement.

It produces a good return for filing and has a great added benefit of a MA estate tax option to create the MA estate tax return after the federal estate tax return is complete.

The buttons and rows do not make sense. It is hard to find my PTO balance other looking at my past paycheck sheets.

The support has always been good though. The people are polite and knowledgeable for the most part, and they do get back to you quickly when you have a problem.

The support team actively look into the matter whenever I reach out.
