Funds are removed from your account immediately.   If the check gets lost or is never received by the vendor, it takes awhile to get the funds returned to your account and re-issued.

Overall it is a solid product, but I wish the invoices showed up in Quickbooks as attached jpeg images instead of an email link.

We save at least 0.5 FTE's on AP. If not for the complaints about the calls to vendors, I would have given 5 stars.

It is easy to use and processes invoices quickly.

Sometimes when putting in an account code it does not always recognize the number(s).

The delay time of uploading invoices and getting them on the dashboard.

Also, I do not like the default push for VCC for all suppliers/vendors that we are paying.

They can upgrade the look of the portal but no accounting or integration issues.

For instance, the status "processing" is frequently misleading.

They charge the vendors a percentage of the funds they receive.

I've used AvidXchange for a few years and it blows my mind how we used to code invoices without it!

Due to pricing and limitations with our CRM, we are kind of 'stuck' with Avid for now.
