Deviation management functionality allows managers to define custom rules for acceptable purchase order deviations for operations, specific suppliers and approvals.

Medius AP Automation comes with a scanning and data capture module, which allows teams to extract and archive information from multiple sources, including paper-based, PDF, eInvoices, XML files, and more. Features include general ledger entries, vendor management, reporting, approval process control, fraud detection, and cash management. The solution enables buyers to create purchase requisitions (PR) for indirect spends, facilitating compliance with purchasing policies and preferred supplier usage.

The digital procurement module lets users establish a pre-approval purchase model to help maintain purchase requisitions, orders and goods receipts. Analytics tools provide insight into business operations, workflows, best practices, AP benchmarks, and more.
