I had to clarify with our partners that paper checks were an option, but they were under the assumption after the communication that their only option was to accept the ACH form of payment and pay a fee.

For instance, the status "processing" is frequently misleading.

It is easy to use and processes invoices quickly.

Sometimes when putting in an account code it does not always recognize the number(s).

Also, I do not like the default push for VCC for all suppliers/vendors that we are paying.

They can upgrade the look of the portal but no accounting or integration issues.

They charge the vendors a percentage of the funds they receive.

Searching for the status of an invoice can sometimes be a challenge.

I really like the ability to process AP while not physically on location.
