the sales promised that they will set up automatic file pick up from Emburse's SFTP to upload to NetSuite but when it came to implementation, they said that they only export the file, and do not provide a NetSuite script for uploading it.

Uploading receipts is quick, approvals are easy to track, and the workflow is straightforward once set up.

The approvals are pretty easy, as the software assists you by notating which receipts are out of policy.

I wait a few days until all of the receipts have been processed, then simply submit the report.

As an alternative they offered to cancel the contract at 90 days notice, ultimately leaving us with no time to find an alternative and go through another implementation.

It would be really helpful if I could make multiple changes to my expense report all at once instead of having to go through the process of changing the receipt, saving it, making corrections to the Category, Reason box, and other fields, and then saving again.

Nonetheless, Emburse Certify Expense proved to be a valuable tool for managing and streamlining expense management processes.

Ease of having charges imported and being able to review the Emburse statement right from certify is my favorite feature.

We review the coding before an expense report is approved, so this adds extra review time.
