We didn't label all of the clients as clients when we went in so when we merged clio with a 3rd party software to send marketing emails, many insurance company contacts came up instead of only clients.

The templates offered are not that robust, and there was no option for direct output to Microsoft Word or RTF.  To effectively use Clio, one really has to know a lot about editing PDFs.

Having matters, documents, billing, calendar items, and client communications all easily accessible has made my management process much more straightforward.

The time tracking integration with billing is particularly valuable; I'm capturing hours accurately as we work rather than reconstructing time logs later.

I also love that I can customize my files my way and organize my documents as I wish.

We use Clio and quickbooks and all transactions have to be inputted a certain way or it will disrupt the accounting.

In addition, occasional syncing delays or integration issues with third-party programs could sometimes interrupt efficiency.

What I liked most about Clio is its user-friendly interface and the ability to keep everything organized in one place.
