Land Gorilla's Construction Loan Manager allows users to administer pre-closing and post-closing services. Features include change order management, risk monitoring, budget mapping, document tracking, loan note logs, project tracking, and compliance management. Its automated reminder functionality enables users to configure alerts based on multiple event triggers. The platform comes with a contractor management module, which lets teams view order status, loan history, contractor activity, and payment records, and track documents.
Construction Loan Manager lets organizations collaborate with internal, as well as external, stakeholders through draw requests, role-based user access and a contractor/borrower portal. The platform integrates with various third-party applications such as Encompass, Black Knight, DocuSign, Zlien and MRGdocs.
