defi SOLUTIONS is a cloud-based loan origination suite, which assists banks, credit unions and lending institutions with application processing and data management. It's modules include definitions LOS (loan origination system), defi SERVICING, defi ANALYTICS, and defi DIRECT.
defi SOLUTIONS enables users to establish a configuration page, set up roles and permissions, create custom fields with a drop-down menu, and define formulas for data elements. Sales teams can use the mobile application to monitor loan approval status, and access details such as sales price, interest rates, terms, loan to value and probability of close. The analytics module lets lenders define, build and configure self-service reports, and monitor competitor performance.
The system integrates with third-party applications and services such as PointPredictive, TruDecision, ZestFinance, CoreLane Technologies, Experian, Equifax, Hatteras, OnBase, TransUnion and more. It lets underwriters implement automated, manual or mixed processes for decision making, and complete rule-based verification of borrowers. With the eContracting tool, team members can streamline the process of signing, transferring and receiving loan documents.
