“It will still send a credit card - which in most cases is not how people want to get paid. If 5 happens to you (where you select to pay via ACH from your bank instead of a virtual card) your bank account will STILL pay for it like a prepayment to your LOC (stupid). If your account is frozen - you can't even use those funds anyway. If you reach out to customer support - you will chat with someone who is extremely unresponsive and feels like they are talking to 10 other people.”

“It was not until we called Bill that they even had any idea there was suspicious activity on the account despite the thief making repeat purchases at the apple store, expensive clothing stores, etc. that our company has zero history making purchases at. When the fraud claim was filed it was erroneously noted that the stolen card was still in the possession of the employee. While we attempted to correct this, Bill rejected the fraud claim and refused to appeal their decision.”
