Review of fresh booms for small business 

Hi,  I run a small business in Africa.  I wanted to be able to manage invoicing and expenses in a simple, straightforward way that consumed a minimal amount of my time.  We operate mainly off phones, so the iPhone app is great for us.  Outsourcing isn't always an option for bookkeeping here and Freshbooks lets me stay on top of of it while concentrating on our real tasks - drinking water production in difficult areas of East Africa.
Lack of inventory management isn't a problem for us as we are mainly service oriented, but I can see this might be an issue for some.
I personally would like more flexibility around currencies, but I am pleased we avoided the more cumbersome standalone applications like QuickBooks, Sage, MS Dynamics, etc.  This is all I need.  And the service is truly excellent - and scary-quick.

FreshBooks combined with other applications is a great tool. In any case, if you want to create invoices and send it in a split second and then track and monitor its progress, I recommend FreshBooks.
