“Every time the real-time TIN match fails, I try contacting their live chat support to ask for help and to ask for a refund (because realtime TIN match costs $1/each vs. the $0.37 each for standard 1 day TIN matching) but not once in the last 3 months has anyone ever actually been on live chat to help, only the half-baked useless AI chatbot that keeps suggesting I read their support articles on "What is a W9?"”
