Loved it for while it lasted, they offer generous discounts and amazing customer service when needed.
I love the interactive and tech-savvy feel, everything about this product is functional and enjoyable.
It is way too expensive, competitors like Clockify have been way more cost-productive for our student team.

It would be considered a runner-up to utilizing Clockify, I love the visual aspects and ease of use.
I think what I liked most was how the team lead was able to oversee my time tracking so that when it came time to report my hours I didn't have to be part of that process which I believe supported productivity.
The platform seemed to glitch a bit, where time wouldn't start or stop tracking or would duplicate.

It's been great so far, we switched from Clockify and the biggest change is that it saves a lot of time creating invoices and makes it much easier for clients to pay.
I like how it tracks both the time and the payments in one system. We switched to Harvest because it was taking to much time to build out our invoices, Harvest automatically takes our billable hours and creates invoices instantly! It lets us customize our rates for each person for each different client and has a lot of extra features like tracking retainers, so we can charge a deposit for new clients. It has apps on all the different platforms (desktop app, mobile, chrome extension etc.) so it's very easy and simple to use. It also will do minimum billable increments which is great.
We only have the option of doing minimum billing increments as 6 min, 15 min, 30 min, or an hour, but not 10 minutes, which would be nice for us. Also, I wish there the fee/user would go down as you add users. At 12/month/user, the fees get really high as your team grows, it would be nice to have a bulk discount of some type.

Great, I also use Harvest with other clients. clockify's ability to edit start and end time is not available in harvest. I'd rate Clockify for that
Easy to use. Adjustable time entries. Simple interface. Ability to switch between team spaces
When I land on the site, it doesn't go straight to the app, I first click Login in the top menu. I know this is because I am using clockify.me instead of app.clockify.me but perhaps you could detect and redirect?

I use it to clock all the contractor hours for my company. The only other competitor I would consider is Harvest, and they are horrible.
Nothing clockify is excellent. It is simple and easy to use.

I believe I covered this pretty well in my above comments. Overall, it's fantastic, and I will not go back to Harvest or Toggl. Thank you Clockify, I really needed this!
Simplicity, ease of use/learning, super-functional options available on free version. I love that I can have multiple workspaces, clients, and projects. They are easy to set up, change, and monitor. It is clean, succinct, and covers all of the bases. I have been telling everyone I can about it!
I find the reporting functions to be adequate, but a little weak, at least with the free version. I also wish that I could find a free time-tracker that allowed me to enter time goals, where my time tracking counts down against those goals. (I am supposed to put in X amount of time each day for a client, and extra/negative travels to the next week. I wish this would build in and be included in reporting.)

We tried different time tracking softwares before settling on Clockify, such as Harvest, ClickUp, and Toggl. Clockify was by far the easiest to use by my whole team and most affordable.
We use Clockify every day to track time management.
We were excited about the Quickbooks integration but it wasn't as advanced as we'd like (yet) so we still managing use the reports and transfer the data into Quickbooks.

Overall experience with the Clockify has been great as compared to harvest and other time tracking apps. It serves a solid time-tracking tool offering a core features in managing my time and project efficiently.
What I like about Clockiy is its simplicity interface. It allows us a seamless time tracking for our payroll on every projects and tasks we have so we can compute our burn rate per accounts as well and to monitor our productivity. The reporting of it that tells you how many hours you've already accumulated for that week is robust, it gave a detailed insights of the time we spent and very useful for billing and project management.
The mobile app could use some improvement, as it's not as seamless as the desktop version and got some sync issues on some devices. We could also benefit from more customization options so we can work better or tailor-fit it on our specific workflows. The free version also lacks some advance features such as invoicing which is crucial to me working as a freelance, though it's okay since it's free version, but a lot of freelancers can benefit and would start to use the app moving forward if we have this integrated on our free version.

I think Clockify is easier to use than Harvest, and I like that a solopreneur like me can use a free basic version of Clockify to keep costs down. The free version has decent functionality.
Clockify allows me to record my time with a click, assign time to a project, and switch between billable/non-billable time with set rates. It's really helpful to generate reports and see a detailed breakdown whenever I need to.
Manually updating entries took me a bit of looking over the knowledgebase to figure out, but it's not too hard and it's great that the feature is available.

Alright, mainly because of how long and annoying it has been to timesheet going from something like harvest and how fine-grained this is but this might just be how the company I work for wants it.
For a fine-grained approach to timesheeting, this is awesome. The app for your OS works great.
Using the web interface from what I can see doesn't allow you to make rolling over meetings for timesheeting. Takes a long time to timesheet at the end of the week.

I work for a small business so we do not necessarily need a huge piece of software for tracking our time and running billing like Harvest. I just needed a simple way to track my time on a couple different projects. Clockify is simple to set up, easy to use, and free at the level that I'm using it at. It's been great.
I don't have a lot of bad things to say about Clockify. I suppose the interface is a bit complicated, but so is any new tool like this.

I used Harvest before this, which worked great for the needs I had. When they started charging for a basic version I looked elsewhere and found Clockify. I'm glad I made the switch and even started paying for some of the advanced features. Clockify has made it easy to report my time and create invoices.
This software is easy to use and offers everything I need from a time tracking software: the ability to track time, pull reports on where my time is spent, and quickly generate invoices.
Creating invoices can be kind of a pain. Trying to figure out the correct configuration of project, date, description, etc... can be tricky. And if you mess up, sometimes the only way to fix it is to start over.

It's great and will keep using it for the foreseeable future. Been a user for many years now and it continues to be a great product.
The free tier is very generous for freelancers and small teams starting out with lots of settings and configurations available out of the box. You only need to pay for convenience or more advanced features and integrations. The UI is also easy to use and I don't feel like the time tracking is dumb or hard to use, it knows pretty well what time you mean, similar to harvest!
No support for per project or per client currencies. You can only set a global custom currency right now. Also bulk editing is a paid feature, slightly annoying but overall it's fine.I do wish it was open source, just to have more confidence in the product long term but the team behind this are great!
Hi there. Thank you for your feedback! Please note that the multiple currencies, where you will be able to set currencies on a client basis, is a feature our team will be working on in the future. You can keep an eye on our roadmap to be up to date with the upcoming features: https://clockify.me/roadmap Cheers!

With Clockify, I used it with my work as an Executive Assistant for CEO's of companies, so it was important to track the time that I work, and create notes to label the tasks completed. Some clients wanted to know how long it took me to complete a task, so clockify has been beneficial in allowing me let them know. In addition, I send weekly End of the Week reports, and even End of the Month reports at the end of each month, so clockify has been great in that I can customize reports for each client and let them know what I have accomplished for them.
What I love about Clockify is the ease of tracking time, and how you can see the full active details of how long you've been working down to the second. Other platforms I've used that worked similarly to Clockify like Harvest, do not have that feature. I also love that for each project, you can choose different colors. This really helped me when tracking time for individual clients.
There were some glitches in the time clock, and an inaccurate time was recorded. But other than that, I have not had substantial issues with Clockify.

Keeping track of work across multiple different projects, some billed out to 3rd parties. Having a simple and easy to use way to record time spent and then where necessary produce billing reports was important. Had used previous tools before like Harvest but these were expensive and not as flexible. The visual reports really help to assess the best allocation of time and make adjustments on a weekly and monthly basis.
Its really easy to use, has simple project and customer attribution and really good quality reporting.
Windows based app user interface is not wonderful
