I asked them to cancel my service and issue a refund and they closed my account and refused to issue any refund after charging less then a week ago for $592.00 now I have opened a credit card dispute to get my money back but I want anyone deciding not to go with them they are running a scam and you will end up paying for 2 systems!!!

After paying $500 for setup I didn't receive any setup help, there was a terrible onboarding call from a very rude rep and when I tried setting up system by myself I realized so many option items were missing which were promised.

Duplications are an issue when applicants are going back into the file, not sure if that is an UI issue.

Love the flow of the application and how fast the responds are when requesting help on items within LendingPad.

Very clunky and constantly have to get in out of the file to verify changes to the file have saved.

Admin could most effectively define that functionality relative to system performance needs.

e.g If while in my NEXA profile, and I also need to access an AXEN loan, I can't open a second window and log into my AXEN LP. If I try this, the NEXA LP window logs out. If I had more time, I could tell you about more problems.

There are so many tabs and maybe not enough as there is so much going on that you can't figure out where to go to find what you need.

Too glitchy, missing useful features like document requests.

The customer service chat is a great feature. But there are too many small issues.

I chose it, because on the Internet it was advertised as the new generation of Loan Origination Software.

Good - as I said, I like that LP is finally integrating with other systems that we utilize such as CRM's.

We requested the things mentioned above when we first started with LPad 2 years ago and still nothing has been done on them

Having used Point and encompass for over 20 years, it is sometimes difficult to get used to a different format , trying to find certain fields , and documents locations .

To many other features that we don't use but are reflected in the cost.

The strong point with LP is that they integrate with practically anyone.

I love my experience with lending pad and the support is 10/10 everytime.

Again I do commend them though, they are trying to improve it and fix the quirks we get and for me that's a plus.

As much info as its capable off - it makes no sense that it cannot be better used.

One of my favorite features is Qualia Connect, which, through automated messages to buyers, sellers, and agents, collects the information needed for upcoming closings.

To pick something I don't like is, if one check is wrong when printing all disbursements at once, If I chose no at the first prompt and void, the entire batch is voided.

I find the system intuitive and easy to learn, with Qualia Connect being particularly helpful for gathering information from buyers, sellers, and agents.

Qualia has been a great tool for streamlining our closing and title operations.

Qualia has streamlined the title work process and makes document production very fast, and the software is easy to use.
