Some of the PO's don't close automatically and i have to match these off manually each month -  as the PO's would be used for our end of month balancing figures.

You have all you invoices on one system and able to search back to archive invoices.  

We have been users for 4 years and any queries have always been addressed promptly, they take suggestions on board, 3-way match works well and gives us good financial controls.

Lightyear sometimes splits invoice lines incorrectly, but this is very easily rectified.

I know that there are a lot of parts of the system which I am not using, some online training which has been pre-recorded would be great.

The only challenge was the initial setup and learning curve, but once we got past that, the efficiency gains and cost savings have been great.

Lightyear is straightforward and efficient for invoice approval.
