A variety of features can be used to optimize the efficiency of the investigation process. Users can create automated workflows, set visibility of reports to only those who need access, establish task reminders for themselves and team, configure dashboards, analyze data, and more.
Clients can provide lists of locations, report categories, extra questions, define severities, and call handling directives in MyCM for hotline specialists to use during report intake. Benchmarks have shown MyCM users see that ComplianceLine’s specialized intake proved them more actionable details so they can close cases faster. In 2021, MyCM users were able to close cases in an average of 23 days while competitors reported their average time to be 42 days.
