Myfinance is a modular, web-based accounting program for Dutch companies in all industries, including freelancers, start-ups, and small companies. Users can book costs and income and submit VAT returns and annual accounts in a few clicks. No accounting knowledge is required.

The Myfinance mobile app provides direct insight into costs, revenue, and results. Users can take a picture of receipts and invoices of purchased goods and services using a mobile device and send them directly to the online bookkeeping tool. Hours and kilometers registration can be recorded directly in the app.

A new administration can be created within 10 minutes, but it is also possible to transfer an existing administration. Businesses can utilize the pre-built widget to automatically transfer current balance sheets and profit and loss accounts to Myfinance.

The strict password policy and a certified SSL connection guarantees the security of data. Real-time backups prevent the loss of data in case of system failures or other disasters and all data is stored within the cloud services of Microsoft Azure.
