I pay my 1099s with a paper check but still need to provide them a 1099 at year's end.   Since I run payroll with Patriot I can track those payments and produce a 1099 for free!  

I only use the basic payroll service to save on money, so I rely on Patriot Payroll's great reports to make my filings myself.

Here's a very minor issue: sometimes the amounts in payroll differ by a cent or two from my reckoning -- it's clearly a rounding issue, and I easily work around it, so it is of no consequence to me.

Their prompt response to any questions I have allows me to proceed with processing payroll without delays.

The change of address feature does not change all addresses that may need to be changed when you move.

Our logins were cutoff apparently last week and we no longer have access to our reports - It is Monday March 7.

Payroll is processed by whoever happens to pick up that payroll which has resulted in multiple errors as they know nothing about your company. When you do get a phone number and the name of someone to talk to, you leave messages and they don't call you back (Left two messages for a manager who has never call me back).    If you call the customer support phone number on the web site, you get put on hold waiting for a manager and no one ever picks up (twice on hold for over an hour).     

I had to have someone stay on hold for hours just to get to talk to someone and stop our services with PrimePay.
