I have no complaints and I'm very happy with the payroll software and the professionalism that is provided. I love it and have recommended this to every business person that I know.
The simplicity of the software is so user-friendly. Also, if you do have a question you can call and speak with a professional and get patient and competent help and you don't have to strain to try to understand through a thick accent as to what is being said.
If you don't have anything nice to say, say nothing at all.

Overall its a good system to use. Its easy to learn, with fast results. Several option to make your life easier. Had to call once and things were resolved fast.
The ease of how to do things. Not hard to navigate the site, and if you have issues, their customer service is very helpful and knowledgeable
Dont really have a con, other then the price I think should be lower

My accountant disappeared, I'm assuming it is because she defrauded her clients and I can't reach her or find her anywhere. Patriot Software is refusing to give me the payroll records for my business so I can be law-abiding and get my taxes done. I have explained to them NUMEROUS times the following: After continually forgetting to run payroll, my previous accountant told me she was selling her...
Nothing. It was a pain A business owner can't access it, only the accountant
As a business owner, Patriot will hold your records hostage if your accountant defrauds and disappears on you. Patriot will never be on the business owners' side. Customer service is terrible!

It's a very simple, easy to use program, that makes payroll a snap.
It's much less expensive, and simpler that Quickbooks. I was able to get a live person on the phone when I needed support.
I've had issues entering vacation hours because my employees accrue vacation every 2 weeks. I'm not able to track that properly in Patriot

Patriot’s payroll abilities are really useful, we have never had issues with late payments, or problems having everything documented how we need.
It had electronic management available, and i could real time track and reports were available to me.
I wish there was a mobile app as well as being automated would have helped at times.
