I did call customer support to get help and the lady on the phone was really nice but she did tell me to send an email to the technical support team as they've never had this happen before.

Payroll Mate does everything Quickbooks Payroll did at a fraction of the cost, AND it is user friendly!

Our primary inventory software also has built in payroll features, which we utilize by just making lump bi-weekly entries, as Payroll Mate and our software do not talk.

You are assigned an account advisor that you are never able to contact directly and must play voice-tag when you have questions.   When I am calling, I am spending the time to get an immediate answer and the process gets dragged out much longer than necessary.   If you want an immediate answer, you are then put on hold to speak to the next available agent.   Since they are not as familiar with your account, in my opinion, there is a higher risk that you will receive an incorrect answer which happened to me on multiple occasions which made undoing the correction even worse.
