I did call customer support to get help and the lady on the phone was really nice but she did tell me to send an email to the technical support team as they've never had this happen before.

Payroll Mate does everything Quickbooks Payroll did at a fraction of the cost, AND it is user friendly!

Our primary inventory software also has built in payroll features, which we utilize by just making lump bi-weekly entries, as Payroll Mate and our software do not talk.

I am not in control of my own payrolls. If I make a mistake, I need to contact customer support for them to either void the whole payroll or erase the mistake I made.

Since FORMALLY requesting the account cancelation the way my account manager instructed me to back in November of 2023, I was AND still being charged!!! Since formally requesting to cancel my account, I have been charged over $2300!!!

It's sometimes difficult to navigate by yourself, or to phrase the question you have for the search feature to find it.

The layout is great, it is very intuitive and flows well.   When Prime Pay handles direct deposit, I do not need to worry about payroll or payroll taxes getting to the correct place.

Only about 5% of employee files from HR3 were transferred to PrimePay HR, when I was told multiple times that everything was complete.

The best you can hope for nowadays is minimal problems and for good customer service to make software issues minimal.

There are slow loading times for reporting and payroll calculation, the help articles seem a little outdated.

Payroll is processed by whoever happens to pick up that payroll which has resulted in multiple errors as they know nothing about your company. When you do get a phone number and the name of someone to talk to, you leave messages and they don't call you back (Left two messages for a manager who has never call me back).    If you call the customer support phone number on the web site, you get put on hold waiting for a manager and no one ever picks up (twice on hold for over an hour).     

The team is very responsive and answers questions quickly. If you need to use support, they are very efficient and friendly and get it right the first time.

I historically only use my payroll companies for processing and nothing else

It's only been 5 months since we onboarded with PrimePay, and I have to say I've been impressed with the flexibility of their programs plus the customer service has been excellent.

The fact that I have been fighting to cancel my account for over 6 months is astonishing! How many escalations case requests do I have to submit before someone actually reviews my account?
