We established them as our payment processor before we had customers, and right away noticed fees from them, and three vendors that were affiliated with them started sending us fees as well.

At this point, we've sent multiple unanswered notices asking about fees, formally cancelling the service, and still we've never received an invoice, only continual withdrawals from a bank account until we closed it.

We've been using this system for years after an accountant switch and if I could convince the boss to switch to something else, I would.

We replied to those notices asking for line items, invoice, something associated with the fees to understand how to categorize and/or appropriateness.

We also started receiving requests for payment from their vendor/partner (it's unclear) named PaySafe who threatened to send us to collections despite acknowledging that we've received no services from them.

I find it simple to create and manage invoices, handle online payments, and keep track of transactions thanks to the platform's user-friendly design.

I discovered that PaySimple's pricing plans can be a little on the expensive side compared to some other providers of payment solution because I am always mindful of minimizing my spending as a small business owner. Although the platform has great features and functionality, the price may be an issue for companies with tight budgets.

You will receive fees and notices from vendors that do not share their name without understanding that they are part of the group.

At some point they were acquired by Private Equity and it seems their business model has changed quite a bit.

My major point of contention with Paysimple,  when we signed up with them; the sales Rep said after six-months are account can be reviewed for any risk factors and at that time the Per transaction limit of $1500 would be Increased or removed altogether.

The second problem we encountered was the system's inability to accept American Express. When we turned on the feature to be able to accept credit card payments, we were uninformed that this excluded American Express.

we add no fees for an ACH payment but if the customer decides to sue a debit-cc and enters the original payment due, we incur the processing charges.

It would be good if PaySimple had a way for customers to indicate, when they register a card, that they want it to be automatically run each month - some kind of indicator in their profile.
