Overall, I am very pleased with the accessibility and support from our designated Coast reps, the program is largely easy to use, and we are already seeing savings due to the larger network of fuel vendors and the better rebates per purchase. Plus as we roll out our fleet management program with Merchants and utilize Samsara for our GPS and video monitoring, we have an active ecosystem of driver safety and accountability.

The fact that it integrates with out fleet management software has been it extremely easy for use to track costs without having to double enter data across multiple platforms.

The reporting piece on the web platform can be a little cumbersome and challenging to create custom reports.

The limit as to how many vehicles at the same time can use the same card to fill up their tanks.

This provides management with better data on overall fuel usage and costs by driver.  

If the employee pays inside the store for gas I usually get an email stating they used the wrong fuel type.  

All of the companies gas fees and charges are in one place, and we can track mileage.

We love how you can have the cards function as a fleet gas card only for some team members while also allowing other cards to function as standard credit cards.
