Pros

User friendly design that is easy to learn and navigate, great for invoicing people as well as paying invoices, good organization of invoices and payments.
Quickbooks is the bread and butter of my business, it is the best accounting program I have used. I love that it continues to improve and allow more integration with apps and documentation programs.
The help on the team when getting this product was great, the features are honestly really great, I use it for payroll as well and it is really worth the cost.

Pros

Also there is a strong community that can help you find answers. Also i like that is very logical and robust, so this facilitates queries from others sources to get data from SAP Tables.
I really enjoy this product, it’s very reliable and the customer service it amazing.
My overall experience with SAP S/4HANA Cloud is excellent. I hope they maintain this quality.

Cons

Submitting hours for the wrong week unintentionally can be frustrating because there is no way to reverse it without supervisor permissions.
The customer service is terrible. I usually get forwarded from person to person because I'm in the "wrong department," but I know it's because the person just doesn't know the answer.
No recourse through customer service. Data is held hostage as leverage for stopping cancellation of unauthorized charges, ie: sure you can cancel but we're not sure what will happen to your data.

Cons

The overall experience has been extremely painful. Users from a large global company are finding it difficult to adapt to using this software.
To much training needs to be done to work alone without older colloquies.
Sometimes it is difficult to integrate it with the payment system of national banks. Requires modifications and additional costs.

It helped me get my job done and once I learned how to use it, it was easy to use and helpful.

Pros

For what you pay for I think this is a good tool. It is a good accounting tool for paying bills and keeping accounts up to date.

Cons

It does not have as many features or is it as user friendly as SAP, but it's also a lot cheaper and better for smaller businesses. It also wasn't as intuitive as SAP is.

Low cost, reliable, fast and easy-to-use solution to keep our books under control

Pros

Good set of funtionalities and very easy to use. It takes less than half an hour to understand how to set up chart of accounts, payments, reconcile accounts. This is key for smaller organizations that need fast, reliable software to keep their books under control.

Cons

No major complaints - It´s a little bit annoying that we cant manage accrual/cash basis journal entries better, but it´s not a big issue.

It makes my payroll easy. I like to print out check.

Pros

I like the accounting, chart of accounts and payroll features. I like that I can print W2's and 1099's. I can download the latest tax updates automatically.

Cons

I don't use the invoices. I don't like that I have to pay extra for payroll annually then a monthly use fee.

Pros

I'm quite satisfied using Quickbooks for past two years. This is my honest opinion of Quickbooks product, being cloud-based software it 's basic tools for business development and it can be accessed from anywhere, from any devices.It is integrated with all basic applications, any type of excel files can be obtained easily. User-interface is very impressive.

Cons

Transactions are not very intuitive, application software is not compatible with all credit card processors system. Qbo files are the only file supported by Quickbooks and sometimes by accident we can pay for additional add-on services. Cost of online software is quite costlier.

Overall it allows my part time small business to grow and still look professional without the high cost.

Pros

It is easy to use. We use it for invoice and book keeping. It allows us to have multiple vendor windows to keep track of their sales. It also allows us to print receipts rather quickly and painless but still customized with the items, notes and our information.

Cons

The layout does not look modern. It has the bulky feel of early 2000's software.

There are navigation issues with quick books. Overall the product has evolved since its 1980's inception.

Pros

The product is has an ease of use for cloud efficient software. Also, the software provides adequate tax support for filing.

Cons

There are several malware issues that can slow down the software. It will take some time to learn how to utilize quick books.

Pros

QuickBooks provides all of the accounting features a business needs and does so in a way that is understandable for the non-CPA in the office. Transferring information to/from Excel, for example, is simple and applies to nearly everyone's work.

Cons

QuickBooks does not fully integrate with enterprise resource planning systems such as SAP. This is not an extreme detriment as the need for such integration is limited to large organizations.

Pros

Quickbooks is easy to setup and has just 1 main file that I have to make sure is backed up. As long as I never lose my qbw file I know ill be okay.

Cons

The cloud software. The local software is great. The cloud software is currently limited, so we have not move all of our clients do it. Once the cloud version is better, we plan to go to the cloud so we dont have the fear of losing the qbw file.

Pros

Easy to set up and navigate around the menu. Very simple to use. Not very expensive. Phone support available.

Cons

The ability to change transaction s makes it unpopular for auditors. Lack of audit trail for altered transactions.

QuickBooks makes my accounting easy. I will soon be integrating my payroll directly into the system.

Pros

QuickBooks is easy to use. The set up is simple and its easy. Easy to add categories for accounts payable or receivable, as well as expenses.

Cons

I think that the program should be cloud based. The version that I am using is not cloud based and I have not been asked to upgrade to a cloud based program if one exists.

Great Product & Very Intuitive

The benefits that I see with QuickBooks is the ease of start up and abundance of training materials. It is easy for people to pick up the software and get moving in it so I fully endorse the product.

Pros

The features of the software and layout are very well thought out. For a beginner either with the software or in accounting this product is very intuitive and easy to learn and navigate.

Cons

There is a stigma about the QuickBooks software that it is "old" or too basic and I have to say that people should give it a chance. This is not your 80's or 90's version of Quick Books. This is a great, powerful tool.

Overall, still the best choice for enterprise resource planning.

Pros

Features that I liked most about SAP are:1. Accounts Receivable and Payables ageing analysis. 2. Preparation of Financial Statements for my entity.3. Billing, Invoicing and payment processing feature is very helpful.4. Bank reconciliation preparation.5. General Ledger code for each line item.6. Different reports can be obtained using different Tcodes.7. Very detailed reporting is available.8. Preparation of budgets for the entity.9. Uploading of budget into the system and intra company budget transfers.

Cons

1. It is very expensive.2. It gets stuck sometimes, when I want to export a larger number of line items data.
