I have recently started using Reckon One Payroll, what I liked was the superior Customer Service, I have chosen the product for 2 companies whose Payroll I do; each time I was personally phoned to welcome me and ask if I needed assistance; this made me feel valued from the start.

SOME FEATURES CAN TAKE TIME TO LEARN FOR NEW USERS ,OCCASIONALLY, BANK FEEDS OR REPORT CUSTOMIZATION COULD BE IMPROVED .

Other than the inability to add Reference Codes to invoices via the app, I find working on Reckon to be a joy and very intuitive.

I haven't found anything that I do not like, its easy to use, logical and does the job of invoices and bank reconcilaition that I need.

Very few only when I make a mistake that I need assistance, which is generally provided quickly from the attending staff.

It was a good start to small-business financial reporting and it has steadily improved further over time.

Their support team has been responsive to resolve bugs and questions.

That book had to be cancelled and another created with my actual financial year and migration started all over again.

Great for small trusts—easy to use, cost-effective, and does everything needed.

The learning curve was made easier with the tutorial videos.

Sometimes the software seems to double up receipting.

On start up you do have tutorials that help you learn how to use it and also online help with the staff at Reckon.

I found the Pay Day Superannuation hard to follow and needed help.  

It's great to access from anywhere and requires minimal prior knowledge to use.

Having payroll and super all connected makes it easy and quick.

Competitively priced compared to the other options in the market.

Your customer service and training library aren’t  helpful.   Since it is very self serve, I have no idea what to look for in terms of better ways to use canopy because I don’t know what I don’t know.

Additionally, the AI chat support is not always accurate, which can sometimes slow things down.
