The toggle function from entry to entry is the perfect way to edit and review multiple entries while saving time.

Setup takes bit longer than it should and some workflows feel bit complicated than necessary.

The interface feels dated and not very inuitive at first.

Timeslips takes time to imput data, use and customize.   But once you set up your system and create what you need, it speeds up your billing process and enables you to create very accurate billing records, and template vast amounts of information for subsequent use.

The service and technical assistance providers generally come up with serviceable solutions and are very courteous and responsive, and I like the feature in which they send transcripts of the conversations after so I can use them and effect further repairs as needed.

Sage Timeslips enables me to record time daily and in moments to create a bill to send to the client through email.

Help menu isn't specific for simple questions for anyone not familiar with program-Program is all too encompassing for a small office - too many extraneous features-Too expensive for a limited use office  -Would prefer a less expensive program limited to the vital features -Would like an expanded online help presence

I would hate to have the expense of recreating my database, and while other programs indicate that they can translate my old database and copy it, I am comfortable with the software, although the increased expense and limited utility of the last several years of updates makes me assess how much longer it will be before I switch to a competing program at a lower price.

When our company began using TimeSlips the fee was a reasonable flat annual fee. When Timeslips started charging per user the fee is extremely high.   Since we had been using the product for many years our database is large to convert to another timekeeping program.

Being able to delete a client instead of putting into inactive or closedSetting up an account as flat fee it always adds the client's deposit each month.   If told during the matter that it is flat fee I have to retype the entire client entries all over and close the first account.

The size of the available space inputting data is larger than space available in history report; therefore, you have to constantly check to see if everything inputted is included in the history.  

A suggestion that would help to save time when preparing the invoice billing is, to have the ability to hold or bill multiple time or expense entries all at once.

I love how Sage handles multiple types of billing and billing arrangements and it's multiple time and expense tracking feature.

I would like a better A/R listing as we use client number AND name and only client number shows up on A/R meaning I have to match before working on A/R.  

Always make sure to get your service ticket number, just in case their solution doesn't work. Because depending on which package you choose you are only aloud to access help for free so many times before you are charged.

For a smaller practitioner, this is very expensive and the updates don't really provide much benefit to me - my use of the software really has not changed over time, even though the software becomes more complex.

I would prefer a prebill option that didn't assign invoice numbers so that a prebill isn't sent out by mistake.
