We had used many invoice apps, and nothing did everything we needed until Square came out with their Invoice app. For starters, it is quick and easy to use, super fast to fill out an invoice.

Was easy to set up and the customer support was very friendly and helpfull.

Perhaps it's just a weird edge case though that I do that sometimes.

They can enter their payment information directly and it is secure; and it does not cost me as much as an entry I key in directly.

I like the invoices because it saves me time and money.

Clients can store their billing information for future purchases. However, there's no way for them to apply a gratuity for bills automatically paid in this way.

Over all it was good and customer service was great, it was just the wrong thing to use for a small hotel.

I don’t like that in order to have my clients sign the invoice and send it back to me, it asks them to pay a fee or have me subscribe to a pay pal plan. I am trying to figure this out.

I love that I can personalize an invoice to send to a customer and not just request money. When you are in the cake business, it's urgent to have an invoice with all the details to track.
