TaxCloud is hard to compare with competitors because I've only ever used them. In my limited experience with TaxCloud I didn't notice anything to be missing that I needed.

If I need to adjust the order total for some reason - the tax does not recalculate correctly. There is absolutely no way to manually override the amount of tax charged.

Product documentation for administrators is lacking, or at least not easily found.
