One thing that could be improved in Tipalti is the approval delegate functionality. When someone goes on vacation, I have to manually reassign their approvals, which adds extra work.

The system only allows one designated approver per person. If that person is unavailable, the only option is to upload a new employee sheet, which is inefficient.

The system is user-friendly, and features like the revamped invoice and payment screens have made navigating approvals and payments straightforward and efficient.

Tipalti simplifies your payment system, clearing the information of your clients and partners and giving you the ease of executing a large number of payments in a short time.

Our process requires AP to verify coding and GL accuracy first, and Tipalti does not support that structure natively.
